Over 16 weeks, your leadership team will grow stronger, more connected, and more capable of tackling real business challenges. Through expert coaching, practical frameworks, and real-life examples, leaders will build confidence in having tough conversations, holding people accountable, and leading with consistency and purpose.

The Private Cohort brings your leadership team together to learn as one — combining tailored discussions, team-based learning, and practical application.  Each module focuses on real-life leadership situations within your business, ensuring the tools and strategies are directly relevant to your organization’s goals.

 

Every two weeks, your team participates in a live group coaching session with Glenda, designed to challenge thinking, strengthen alignment, and embed the learning into day-to-day leadership. Between sessions, leaders complete short online modules and practical exercises that can be immediately applied within their roles.

Typically, leadership courses are all based in theory; informative and immersive, but unsupported - think of your standard 3-day offsite.  The research says that these types of courses result in less than 10% of what you learnt actually being implemented.   The Leadership Academy is designed very differently to ensure this doesn’t occur.   The Leadership Academy works alongside your leaders busy lives, and is taught and implemented in bite-sized chunks so leadership actually changes.  So you learn something, implement it, then are coached on it for added finesse.  This results in the learnings actually changing your leadership, no theory, just practical changes... one bite at a time.

 

A Private Cohort develops your entire leadership team together.  Leaders learn a shared language, build consistency, and strengthen alignment across the organization.

 

The Leadership Academy also includes real life videos of leadership conversations which most leadership programs are afraid to give you.  Although theory is great, leaders often need to see what ‘good’ leadership conversations look like in real life, so they can build confidence in how to have them themselves.  So the Academy includes over 20 of these as well.  These can also be watched over and over.

Every week, your leaders will work through 1–2 self-paced online training modules before each group coaching session. These short, high-impact lessons (5–15 minutes each) build a shared leadership language across your entire leadership team and ensure everyone comes to the sessions prepared and aligned.
